In his defense he wasn't feeling well at the time. We will definitely revisit Popsicle later.

Chef Matt
Of the two boys only Matt seem interested in whatever it is Dad does while he stands in front of the stove all the time. He'll come over and tug on my leg until I pick him up so he can see what's going on. I've learned to do a lot of one handed cooking. He especially likes it when I'm cooking things that flip, like burgers or pancakes. One day I'll have to explain that you don't actually have to yell "FLIP" as you flip each pancake.

Ben Sharing Cheerios with Duncan
Duncan has learned that little hands don't always hold onto Cheerios that well.

Ben Shooting Baskets
I'll let him enjoy the applause for awhile before I start getting on him to get back on defense.

Sick Matt
Matt is feeling a bit under the weather. He has a double ear infection. This mean hanging out on the couch in pajamas with Mom and Duncan

The Boys Playing With Their New Wagon
Well, this isn't exactly how I pictured them playing with it, but they are having fun and the weather is still bad enough that we can't quite take it outside yet.

The Boys do Not Like Playing in the Snow
So while we were in Rochelle over Christmas we had a rather large snowstorm. Luckily for us the local Wal Mart had snow boots their size. We already had snow pants for them. So we undertook the rather long process of bundling them up and took them outside to play in the snow for the first time. The results are visible below

Next year I'm sure we'll have to drag them out of the snow, but for this year they definitely preferred inside.

Tracking the Wild Matthew
Here we see the Wild Matthew. Having just caught his prey, he now searches for a safe place to hide before devouring it.
